The Real Reason You'll Probably Never Stop Playing This Game

I see it all the time on the boards "I'm quitting league" "I'm done with league" "Fuck this game" etc. but they never really do, do they? Of course not, they stopped for like 30 minutes or maybe a month or 2 at the most and hopped right back on. I'm pretty new to this game at least compared to some of you, I've only been playing since around patch 4.20 or preseason 5 if you will. I don't think I've been through nearly as much bullshit with this game as a lot of you have. Some of us just can't admit that we love this game.

Passion is something that can cause you to do something extremely dumb, impulsive and/or spiteful or something that can drive you to do something great. Passion is something that can make you much more aware of the flaws (especially if you've loved something for so long) or make you blind to them. You aren't complaining because you don't like this game. you're complaining because you actually love this game, the stories, the characters, the splash arts, the gameplay, the competition, the experiences, the plays, these are the reasons why you love this game. These are the things that will bring you back here time and time again.

Of course, that doesn't mean that these flaws don't exist within the game or that anything like that. League isn't a perfect game nor a perfectly balanced one and probably never will be. All we can do is offer our opinions and help Riot in any way we possibly can to make this game as good as it can possibly be.
