Simply solution to dealing with AFK's in ranked

Firstly get rid of this leaverbuster nonsense with the low priority queue's, after my game has been ruined I really could not care less if the the AFK is banned or put in a low priority queue, it does nothing to recompense me or make up for my negative experience.

Simple, if the game is a loss, fine the AFK an amount equal to what the other 4 players lost and redistribute the LP to them so their net LP loss is 0.
