Gotta love when you complain about Graves who shouldn't be tanky by only buying offensive items ( item 1412 item 3812 item 3046 item 3071 item 3047 or item 3111 ) and then you're being called a "noob, he isn't tanky with this build"

Graves Base AD lowered from 69 to 66 Collateral Damage (R) cooldown increased from 110/85/60 to 120/90/60

Remove the knock back on his auto attack and make it so that killing shots peirce like Ashe's W. Gives him better wave clear while making it harder for him to kill the scuttler so quickly.
