Please for the love of all that is good - Revert you AA nerf your gave to Swain

Solo lane swain is a goddamn nightmare right now, and I accredit a sizeable chunk of that to his nerf on his auto attacks. Auto attacking minions shouldn't be a life or death scenario 75% of the time. Everytime he does he's dangerously close to the enemy for no reason. I thought the point of his previous aa nerf was to keep it in line with his Q range, so why is it still nerfed?
