As of right now, each boots is just a small boost to one stat, with some of them giving a small passive boost.
We can do better.
Predator
Most of the boots proposed have active abilities. If you have one of these boots, you can activate predator by holding alt and pressing the boots hotkey.
Berserkers Greaves

(Unique) Active - Enrage: apply a mark to a target enemy for 8 seconds, reducing their armor and magic resist by 15. While this is active, reduce your own armor and magic resist by 15. 16 second CD. Anyone who damages the marked enemy gains 15% attack speed and 20 movement speed for 1.5 seconds.

(Unique) Active - Wake: Gain vision of a target area for 5 seconds. 600 radius, global range. 40 second CD.
