LeBlanc Needs To Be Changed

Before you say I got beat and am now crying on the boards, let me give you some context. I won the game, but I was getting almost oneshot.........by an AD .

I was playing Ashe support for fun, and the enemy team had an ADC LeBlanc. She came to lane with a . As soon as she hit level 3 she took off over 70% of my health in a single seconds. She blinked on top of me, blinked back to her original position, all in an instant and I'm left with less than 30% hp.

I look at her stats to see she only has 2 AP, which I assume was from the Natural Talent mastery. She can almost burst a squishy with just her base damages and is so hyper mobile that you can't really do anything to prevent it, and she can just blink away instantly afterwards so you can damage her.

Mid game she had for items and she could still almost burst our squishies with only a little of the damage coming from the spellblade passive. In case you're not aware LeBlanc doesn't scale with AD at all, and she couldn't perfectly oneshot our squishies, but she almost could. She would leave us with 1/5th hp and we'd die as soon as she has any one of her abilities off cd again. Everytime I saw her I had to Ult stun her and then run or else I would die.

Recently she's been ridiculous in my games, at lvl 6 I've seen her oneshot squishies under their towers with only for items.

Her mobility is completely unbalanced and so fast you can't cc her. Yesterday I played an ARAM game with LeBlanc in it. She can easily dive entire teams under their own turret, do massive damage, and blink back before there's any chance to cc or damage her.

Right now Leblanc's win rate is abysmal, I don't know if that's because of her skillcap or some other problems with her, but I dont' want to ask for nerfs on a champion that already has a low win rate.

She definitely needs her damage and mobility nerfed, but she also needs whatever's causing her win rate to be so low changed.

In case I'm missing something, is there a reason for her low win rate? Is it her skill requirement? Is it ? Is it ?
