Oh hey, another Eve remake thread

Central concept here is denying and gaining vision.

The problem with Eve is that warding against her is fiddly. This results in quite a bit of her kit power being invested in her Innate. As long as this Innate remains in its present form. So the idea here is to cut a bit of that power out, but to do it in a thematic fashion. So we'll begin with the Innate and work our way out from there.

Shadow Walk: Eve becomes stealthed as before, however any type of ward can now see her. Before you freak out, said ward still has the lowered detection threshold that champions have. If you think this is a straight up nerf, you're right. It is. However, when combined with the following-

Hate Spike: This skill will now become enabled regardless of whether or not Eve can see the target. Hate Spike now prioritizes invisible units and, most importantly, can damage wards. Hate Spike would thus function as a free ward-sweeper, warning Eve that she has been spotted by an invisible unit (or some jerk lurking in a shrub).

Dark Frenzy: Lose the cooldown reduction. Instead? Eve's spells and basic attacks place a stacking debuff on the target, shredding their resistance. Once (number) of stacks have been placed, the target is Charmed for (duration). After a target has been Charmed they can't be Charmed against for (four times duration). This is pretty important, since she's losing the slow on her Ult.

Ravage: Does magic damage again! Still applies OnHit effects twice! Use it with Lichbane or Devourer or something! Because Eve is about to lose the nuke off her Ult.

New Ult, Stalk: Passive: Kills or assists on Stalked targets heals Eve for (amount) and refreshes the cooldown on Stalk. Active: Eve Stalks a target, granting her Vision (not True) on both the target and the area around them.

Cast range? Really long. Duration? Also really long. Cooldown? Equal to the duration. Zone of vision granted? Clearly displayed for the enemy team to see. They know who Eve is stalking and what she can see around them. This would make for some VERY interesting mind-games for both Eve's team and the enemy. Everyone knows who Eve is planning on eating alive, but unless the enemy team is wanting to give away their position, they'll need to leave the Stalked target somewhat isolated. Is that Stalked target really alone, or is their team hiding in that brush? Is Eve really going after that person, or is she just trying to get them to back off before ganking somewhere else?

This would return one of the things about Eve's kit that was lost. One of the things most central to her identity. Her ability to stalk targets effectively. She would be losing the burst off her Ult, but I suspect the end result would be a champion that's both more fun to play AS and MUCH more fun to play AGAINST now that there's ample counter-play built into her kit.
