I understand not making it appealing to tanks but the item becomes gold efficient when a carry hits level 5, if they become fed they will buy it and just snowball harder with little in the means of countering it

Not to mention when you originally bought a GA you flat out are saying "I will take the disadvantage of having no 6th damage item" now its "I will take a slight damage reduction but hey I'll get the BOTRKs level of AD still"

This is just going to become the Steraks Issue all over again
