Fiora Needs to be... Toned down.
She's pretty oppressive against most opponents, i mean it fits her theme as grand, but then Bard should be really broken if we are going by theme.
Why?
Well what sticks out to me the most is her passive q interaction, this little combo is a extremely powerful micro interaction.
Lets take a closer look.
Passive: Basic attacks and damaging abilities against a Vital deal 3% (+ 2.8% - 4.5% (based on level)% per 100 Bonus AD) of target's maximum health bonus true damage, heal Fiora for 25 - 110 (based on level) and grant her 20 / 30 / 40 / 50% bonus movement speed that decays over 1.75 seconds.
Q(Lunge): RANGE: 400 COST: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 MANA COOLDOWN: 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 / 8 ACTIVE: Fiora dashes a short distance in the target direction, then stabs a nearby enemy if one is present while moving into attack range of them. The stab deals physical damage, applies on-hit effects, and prioritizes exposed Vitals, followed by enemies who would die to the strike and finally the nearest target, prioritizing champions.
PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 / 105 (+ 55 / 70 / 85 / 100 / 115% bonus AD)
If Lunge hits an enemy, its cooldown is reduced by 60%.
If you hit a champion the cooldown(not including items and such) goes from 6.4 to 3.2, this can get as low as 1.76 seconds with 45% cd(not all that common)...
Thats HUGE. if she ults she gonna q in move speed auto, while e is active, q again and auto. this makes her extremely mobile! but the thing is, she's not penalized for missing a vital. and she can also q minions and get a low cooldown tumble for extremely low mana (hello Vayne).
Proposed changes: Remove the 60% cooldown refund on minions and champions UNLESS she hits a vital. This wont really affect good Fioras, but it should stop unrelenting abuse if the vital is on your back. cause now she's kinda stuck with a longer cooldown on her only mobile ability, so she cant keep fighting, and will take abuse.
That, or buff malz bobbets, so they scale with his attack speed and can crit.(They cant crit right?)
