Garen W: Can we increase the passive cap, please?

The W active is great, I really love it. But can we please increase that 30 armour/mr cap on it, it just feels like it gets cut off way too soon. I'm not talking a massive increase either, just maybe to like 40-45. (which at 200 armour, which most Garens usually have around on average: is an extra 1% damage reduction, it's not much I'm asking for). Currently 30 takes 120 minions to achieve. And maybe for increasing it to 40/45, we can instead make it 0.2 on unit kill from 0.25.

Meaning new minions to achieve max would be: 200 up from 120. (but you receive a larger bonus).
