Though on a serious note he does raise some incredibly good points. He goes into quite a bit of detail. Even if it doesn't work out I would definitely like to see an attempt at it in season 10 - you could always revert changes too if they do break the game.

TL;DW: Standardise base stats (& stat growth) across all classes and on a scale of 1-5.

EG: 1 would be 0.5 armour and mr per lvl and 5 would be like 3 armour and mr per level. assassins would be a 1 and tanky characters would be like a 5.
