Seige Minions Buffed. 8.8 Leblanc Revert. Sweeping Lens Removed. 8.9 Baron Buffed, Banner indirectly buffed. Unseal Spellbook Update, Mage Mana Changes. 8.10 League of Scuttle Crab 8.11 Pyke Added. Banner "Rework" Turrets nerfed. 8.12 Banner Removed. Adc "Rework" and Emote Update
