@ RIOT Boots of Mobility needs a buff. Its pretty useless for supports

As many of you know, Boots of Mobility i makes you a lot faster out of combat, but in combat you are a sitting target with your 25 % movement speed. You can easily get into combat with minions, attacking a turret, attacking dragon, aggroing minions, attacking champs. Many supports have opted to go to and because they are decently faster and provide better benefits. Man there has been times where I've gone

My point is, the base movement speed for make this item pretty useless with how easy it is to go into combat. I suggest have it share the base movement speed of just so it stays with the flow of most boots.
