Banner of Command

"Banner of Command was intended as a strategic-niche item that pushes a lane autonomously, forcing enemies to deal with the threat while Banner's owner is making plays elsewhere on the map. The item was only bought more during the rework. I've seen several streams where a whole team would just 5man buff a wave, the dmg was busted if used right.

The only classes that bought it during Pre-Rework was top tanks/supports/Tank jungles. Sion mids would use it into mage mids but it was busted because of the mr against them.

Here's some changes you can do instead removing an item.

**Raise the gold of it was from 2200 --> 3800 Gold Revert the Rework. Reduce the MR from Pre-Rework Banner so Mages can go against it easier. Retune Banner so it doesn't stack with outside buffs (Baron/Vilemaw/Etc). ** Come on riot, there's no serious work needed. I just gave you the suggestion for the work needed.

Ardent was busted but wasn't removed. Why does Banner get removed because you guys broke the item.

I've used banner as a goto support item for the last few seasons since dynamic queue came out because people in lowelo can't push. But in one season, it was buffed. reworked, then removed. I don't want the only item that I can seige with to be a zzrot portal
