Clickbait Title. Love Poppy, Don't Remove her Please.

The nerfs are very extreme when Poppy is in a terrible spot.

Poppy - nerfed Poppy patch changes

Movespeed decreased to 340 from 345. Iron Ambassador (P): Range on buckler throw increased to 350 units from 300. Steadfast Presence (W): Movement speed decreased to 30% at all ranks from 32/34/36/38/40%. Armor and MR decreased to 10% from 15%. Heroic Charge (E): Range increased to 475 from 425. Keeper's Verdict (R): Uncharged Keeper's Verdict knockup duration now 0.75 seconds at all ranks.

Champion GG Polls Top Rank 43/48 Top Champs with 47.71% W/R Sup Rank 14/38 Support Champs with 50.37% Jungle Rank 42/48 Jungle Champs with 48.05%

Highest Play Rate for Poppy is Top with 1.11 % which is also the lowest winrate.

I don't understand why Poppy is receiving such big nerfs when she has the lowest winrate and her highest w/r at 50% is only played 0.30% which is at the bottom of the play game list

Because Riot won't actually balance the champs or items that they want in competitive play. They always nerf champs that no one plays to make it 'seem like' they are doing stuff to balance the game, but in reality they just nerf the champions no one plays because they get the least amount of backlash for it. It's been a trend for a while now.

They are tweaking Poppy, not nerfing her, this means she's getting her W nerfed and buffs in other part of her kit.

Anyway I don't agree with the changes.

With Kai'sa being FOTM right now, and a lot of popular playmakers relying on dashes, we can't have Poppy being viable and getting in the way of big plays. C'mon now, you gotta think about the income potential at LC$!

nerfing a champion that has 47% winrate but ignoring champs with 53% winrate and 10% play rate is riots way now. they SELECT which champions they want good and which they want bad. company is a sham.

Nerfs to Poppy legit make me feel sad. Like why nerf her? Makes no sense, since she isn't overperforming, or being picked at proplay every game like Ryze for example.

Poppy used to have more base ms With more ms on her w (and a much much shorter cd w) AND longer ranged on her E even after these new “buffs”. Nah riot did exactly what they said they would do.. they said if old poppy ever saw the lcs they would nerf the shit out of her. Wel unicorns of love plays her into mundo top and gets fed as fuck. Riot proceeds to “rework “ her into a fucking tank, then they nerfed every single ability they had. Fuck you riot, fuck what you did to all the old hybrid assassins

Yea it legit saddens me that I see one of my mains getting nerfed, like literary she's at a bad spot right? Sure the 50 range increase on passive and e including the r knockup cc except for untargetable helps her a little bit for the team. her w nerf and her base movement speed is gonna hurt her too.

I think they're not intended as a nerf, more a tweak, but I'm afraid they'll end up as a nerf regardless.

Poppy really needs her movement speed to use her E, because if she can't outmaneuver the enemy to wall-slam them the only way she'll get the stun is if she has an anivia/ornn/j4 helping or if the enemy has invested in stylish new Jort headwear. Having a longer range doesn't help if all it lets you do is push the target away from your team toward safety.

She is not in terrible spot. Every tank in the game is getting free laning phase which completely kills off any trades or interaction in lane because tank can either ignore you or just shove his retardly high base DMG down your throat and out trade you even if he is not building a single DMG item. If anything they should be nerfed. Nerf either survavibility or DMG. They can't have both. It's unhealthy.
