add this to the smart pings

you can ping death timers, even though they are always on your screen. but why cant you smart ping your own ping? i just played a game where i was lagging the hell out, and i wouldve loved to let my team know that, but they would have assumed i was lying to try and cover up how bad i was( it was an aram tho so who cares) but still i should be able to press alt and left click on my ping and it should tell the team what it is so they know your lagging
