They gave him Buffs during the 5.22 hot fix My guess is they're waiting to see how these changes affected his gameplay and if he is still to underwhelming know give him more buffs in the coming week .

That's more or less what I suspect, but getting some communication on Kog would still be nice.

I know he isn't very popular, but it's important to me.

i respect that but the broads get kinda dead on the weekends ( because rioters takes weekends off) so bad timing

It's possibly in part that people are convinced he was dumpstered by the changes, when in fact, not much people have tried to build him any way besides classic kog'maw/adc (triforce, bork.) Meanwhile Rageblade is probably an even better rush item (and then just stack on-hits)

I recently picked Kog'maw and had it not been my team being a bunch of pricks and abandoning bot (against an aggro bot) because I picked Kog'maw, we probably would have won the game (I was doing decently enough despite being way behind due to team neglect.)
