Get rid of runes reforged, get rid of RNG dragons, RNG skuttles, gold pinata turrets and pretty much every champ released in the past 3 - 4 years.

I want a legacy client to the Black Cleaver rework. When everyone was buying 3 cleavers etc. Was real nice
