I have also been watching LCS from a lot of the regions this year and I have never seen her win a game. She will go 7-1 and still lose. All she is really good for is making your kda look good and not actually winning games.
(I seriously want to know what her win rate is in the pro scene as I have not seen her win a single game in any major region.)

Kuroi861 votesI said may. When the reds commented on removing dfg on the boards, they said that riot would be keeping an eye on every champ who has a high use of dfg. Syndra, LB, Annie, Kat, Fizz, Ahri, Veigar, Morde, ect. Expect her among other champs to be getting tweaked over the next few patches to make them sufficient without dfg without breaking them.

There was a recent reset a couple of days ago so something like malhazar probably do not belong in tier 1. However, since the preseason, leblanc has been top 10. She definitely does not need buffs with the removal of dfg. Kill people = snowball lanes = carries on team become unstoppable and team getting killed not having fun. I would say KDA is pretty important in judging a champion's strength.
