Let's Talk Nocturne

I have not seen Nocturne in any game on the 2 different accounts I've been playing over the last 2 seasons. Nor in that time have I heard any mention of him from the balance team. He's a champion who offers a great thematic role, even if not a fulfilled lore identity. His ult in game feels amazing to use the first part of, not so much the second, but otherwise his kit is just kinda mediocre tbh. Is anything going to be done to him in the near-ish future? maybe a mini rework or something? I'd really like to play this cool nightmare spawn :).
