what exactly do they do as of right now aside from prevent a level 2 tower dive?

Strawberrycocoa1 votesFortify was a summoner spell waaaaaaay back in the day. I don't know about splash damage (it's been awhile), but what I do know is it made every tower on the map invulnerable simultaneously.
It got deleted for causing too much push-stalling.
