Instead of solo/duo ladder can we have a straight up solo ladder?

I don't understand why people are so desperate to play with 4 random people instead of playing with people that you know and play well with. Surely, you are more likely to be successful if you have an understanding with your team's style, strengths, strategies etc. Personally, I hate queuing solo, it's too much of a lottery.

they would never do something good for the matchmaking of the game so ofc they would never do that smart idea. let people get boosted it makes money at the expense of the players!

One duo can't boost like DQ.

I think it's worth remembering their fallback plan if Dynamic Queue doesn't work out. Following Riot's current plan, the queues would be back to Season 5 queues (more or less), but they'll have no where to put the Duos if they convert the Solo/Duo queue to pure solo.

Riot wants you to play with the same people consistently, keeping a Duo Queue is in line with that, while removing the option to Duo is a step backwards.

Since I would never never admit to my friends that I play a child's game (ya if you're under 25 you are a child), I would much prefer solo Q only.
