Don't. Just stop. The Alignment (de)Buff was already a crippling blow to Soraka. Don't complain or it will get worse. What it was prior to the 6.4 incarnation was a 3 second effect that healed and replenished an insignificant amount of mana, and it transfered completely off of Soraka if she healed someone, essentially meaning that she gave up on her potential to stay in the lane for someone else. It was absolutely crippling. This version at least ensures that she's not a free kill if she heals someone, even if she can't recover health like she can with Starcall as it is currently on Live. I like and prefer the version on Live. She need tweaks to her kit that doesn't revolve around this buff, and that also revolve around the Windcaller mastery, as that makes her heal essentially her pre-rework heal since it adds armor, MR, and boosts its really high. I think this Alignment is the wrong way to go, and clearly, some people in Riot agree, seeing as this version of her nerfing has already been modified and removed from the PBE several times and put back in the next cycle. Though, if we must have Alignment, I like the self refreshing buff on herself when she grants it to an ally. P.S. The mana regen is still insignificant. It's not a mana battery, it's more like that static shock you get from wearing flannel in winter.
I was under the impression that the mana restore was chucked in favor of movement speed.
The mana restore was ditched in favor of movespeed buff, and is delayed till 6.5 at the soonest for more testing time.

The numbers so far might need a little tweaking. I'm not really in favor of movespeed + heals because that's what Bard and Nami already have, though restoring mana would be pretty frustrating to play against.

Wait, 6.4 notes are released? The current PBE version has Soraka healing just HP and granting a movement speed boost with Alignment.
