Zilean's New Groove

I'm a zilean main that owns all the zilean skins. My favorite for the longest time was groovy zilean as it was kind of this lovely goofy and groovy liking skin that was very nice to look at. And then it got changed. So I know this is how the skin has been for a while now, but the newer groovy zilean skin isn't nice to look at at all. It seems like a 90's kid show villain which is so far off from how it was. If you guys like the art maybe relabel it radical zilean and make another groovy zilean splash art? Really love this champ and kind of want to enjoy what use to be his best skin again.

Also, I know this is asking a lot more than the above but maybe give him a remodel? He looks like he is made out of clay...

The splash art for Groovy Zilean isn't permanent. Riot wanted to share the same splash for their champions on all region servers. The splash for Groovy Zilean was the one from the Chinese server, that had more recent art than the one on NA. All of his splash arts will be updated in time, but until then you have to wait. Besides, the in game, the skin is the same. He will also eventually get his own VU in the future, but maybe not anytime in the next two years.
