Lucian everywhere, Top, Mid, Adc, and he always gets fed cause he outperforms 99% top lane champions

I forgot to mention that i have been seeing 3 to 5 adcs in every game, 3 games ago I got vayne, xayah, and MF , while the enemy got lucian and twitch.
