Very self explanatory. Bubbles that make you sleep or something like that. Hopefully they make it so sleep is a long stun but if you receive damage it ends.
Probably a 3 hit passive somewhere in the kit
Or it could be some sleepwalking champion, with dream/nightmare abilities.
Or a Snorlax. With hyperbeam when he wakes up. That's pretty much a burst AP champion. Let it be a Snorlax :p

Sleep seems like an odd choice to put on a burst mage.
But then again, most burst mages have at least some form of cc so I guess its not that odd.
Sleep does usually feel like a type of peel cc though.
a burst mage that makes her target for asleep ? doesnt make sense to me... unless they trying to make a pun with a sleep bublle that you can choose to burst : deal high amount of damage or let it be : the target floats around sleeping.
by 'sleep' they very well might mean 'death'.
I'd rather they'd work on balancing the game than throw out more problems
Sleep CC that ends when the champion takes damage would be so ridiculously useless. The only roles it might ever be useful for is support and maybe jungle during laning phase. Solo laners wouldn't get much use out of it to set up any sort of combo because it would end immediately after taking damage for the first time. A decent disengage tool? Sure. But only that. It would be absolute trash in teamfghts with the AoE flying everywhere.
they said something about the next champion being an "ap yasuo".
so my guess is its an ap skirmisher. maybe even an ap champion with spell crits.
