so,in the past few months a lot of players have shared their thoughts on the board on Yasuo and how he should be changed for his playstyle to fit in more into the game.After giving this issue a decent amount of thought i realised that a good solution to a lot of yasuo's issues as a champion would be a starting item (just like vikor's staff). So his 1 passive,his shield will be moved to his new starting item Yasuo's Boots.

  1. What does this change have to offer? -Yasuo's Boots will give yasuo a choice, he can either choose to upgrade his new starting item and get a Better shield or he can choose to rush an early statik shiv and get more damage and easier wave clear.

Give him an item called Remove Yasuo's Passive. But instead of buying it, he starts the game with it, and instead of giving him a choice, it just removes his shield and reduces his crit chance by 50%. That seems pretty balanced to me.
