But if Poro Toss isn't a spell, how does it proc Luden's Echo?

Maybe ludens is coded to proc with anything that isn't an autoattack. It even procs with nidalee's traps despite dealing no damage (discovered this in my last game).

Is snowball also procing it? Cause snowball and poro toss (basically the same thing right?) are the only projectile spells that interact with enemies, except ignite would is just a damage over time debuff put on them.

Nidalee's traps DO do damage, it's Cait's that doesnt do any.

As for poro toss, its a Summoner Spell, and I think you might be right about the way that pretty much almost (few exceptions such as Ezreal Mystic Shot) anything that isnt an autoattack is counted as a spell.

Luden's specifically says spells, and Poro Toss specifically says it is NOT a spell, and is not blocked by spell shields.
