One More Game Per Night? Or Better Quality Games?

I get that Riot was trying to shorten queue times by mashing together premades and filling in with solo players, but the result is that I get in one more game a night, maybe, but it seems like more than half of the games are crappy. I don't want to play a game where I'm getting carried by 4 trash-talking bros(who tell me "we're on voice" when I try to communicate with them). I don't want to play a game where I'm getting stomped by 4 trash-talking bros. The overall quality of my experience has dropped drastically, for the price of one extra game every 1-2 nights. Could people really not wait the 2-5 minutes that queues were at before? Was it really that bad?

I would gladly sacrifice 1-2 games a night to rid myself of the tyranny of premades.
