If Kassadn q's a champion, a mark is applied to them. If Kassain rift walks onto said champ, it detonates the mark, causing rift walk to do extra damage and for the target to be silenced for 1 sec.
The damage scales with the rank of rift walk, but the silence stays at 1 sec flat.

Spicy Rice1 votesMy logic was that since he only gets the ability to use the mark at 6, the damage should scale with his ult level. That way, he doesn't get a ton of burst at level 9, when he maxes q, but rather has full access to his damage at 16 with a rank 3 ult
Also, it keeps him as a late game oriented assassin
