What happens if someone is healed above the %health needed for Urgot to execute while being dragged?

Is Urgot's ult a forced death? Will it somehow get canceled while triggering the fear effect? What would happen?

i just read up on his rework a little bit ago, firstly, it says he would recast if they were low enough, not that the rehook would only instakill if they are below certain health so once you begin the rape-y hook of death they will die unless urgot does, secondly, the person being hooked becomes untargetable, i think they can still be healed by redemption and soraka ult, but my question, what happens if someone DIES while being dragged by urgod, what happens then

its only kill steal if they go out of the way to get it, like flashing or unecesary ulting, but if you do most the work and they happen to get it, its not kill steal, this has nothing to do with yours, i just think people need to know the difference, BADLY

AoE effects should still affect them. Won't save them though. Taric and Bard ults might work though. Ryze ult potentially could teleport them out, but I wouldn't expect that to actually work.
