can solo queue get more bans

my view on how bans work is this in solo q, its ban the most op/annoying champs. "sej is really strong right now so ban her" in teams its about making sure your team isnt countered. "sivir would really screw our team up so ban her" in professional plays, its about banning champs the other team uses. "faker is great with leblanc, ban her" there is a different mentality on each level of play, so its not right to have the same amount of bans. i know it will be wierd going from (for example not a definitive number) 5 bans on solo to 3 bans on teams, but its a good idea of how it works.
