Reward/penalize players for their participation in LP rewards

I played a game yesterday with my girlfriend as Blitzcrank . I was supporting Sivir against Ziggs and Tristana . We beat the living shitt out of this duo. They were like 0/10 at 5 minutes or so. Most of the rest of our team was doing well.

We had a sion Jg who missed everything. He missed his fucking ulti on a stand still trist. His response was "oh well Ill just let you guys carry me". This isnt the first time Ive heard this phrase.

I think you should reward the good players on the team with a higher LP amount for each win, and reduce the LP given to someone who had almost no participation and was a piece of junk to his team.

Similar on LP losses too. This will genuinely filter out the lower elo players who have potential to climb, and allow them to climb faster, as well as give them more of an incentive to keep trying.

The problem is that you can't evaluate a player's true contribution just by looking at their numbers. Rewarding higher numbers would only result in players abandoning the team to focus on greedy play, ultimately resulting in hampering the team and losing more often than actually getting more LP out of it.

A Jax that pushed top all the way in, got a quadrakill and solo'd the Nexus might look good, but a Jax that ran in circles being chased by all 5 of the enemy while his team pushed bot to win appears to be useless when looking at the numbers, but they both won the game for their efforts.

That is why the only factor in the LP you gain is the perceived difficulty of the match (the team's MMR's) and if you won or lost.

Understood then there should be a way besides intentional feeding to report a player for being an absolute boosted piece of junk and vote them to have reduced LP for that win.

Edit: Ive suggested before, the same way there is an honorable opponent/team mate badge, there should be a Horrible Team mate badge.
