Did garen nerfs do anything?
To me the garen nerfs seem almost seem like nothing but I'm not the smartest guy out there so was actually wondering.

Nope. Its like the Riven -5 movement or what ever they did that did nothing.
When the E is nerfed enough, he will be a drastically nerfed form compared to pre-rework Garen. I want his old W back.
Short answer: No. They just need to remove his E from procking Conqueror. That's pretty much the only change needed.
