How to build new WW?

I just played my first re-work WW and holy shit, he feels amazing. But I feel like I have a conundrum in how to build him. Do I want to build for his overall fighting, jungle clears, or his ultimate?

For fighting I would definitely go items like BOTRK, PD, etc.

Jungle clear I think tiamat would be REALLY useful on him. As good as he felt skirmishing, his jungle clear really lacks since he has no AoE abilities. His E does help take less damage, but still very slow clear.

For his ultimate(which is how I geared last game) we obviously want to gear move speed. I rushed swifty boots(in hindsight should have been mobis) then went duskblade, then shiv. I know that sounds kinda goofy, but I was aiming for assassinating people.

I'm not entirely certain you need to gear for his ulti though. The rest of his kit is very powerful even without pressing R. I'm thinking a duelist set-up may be better, or maybe building him like a top lane bruiser going 1-2 attack items then defensive. I almost wonder if he could be built like hecarim builds. Rush the tanky jungle item, then trini. All the trini stats are amazing on WW.
