When I first saw Irelia buffs on her Q I was like "k might increase her playrate". But this change doesn't bring her anything special, unless you go full ad.

Then item 3078 changes. "k she'll be in an op state right now they should revert her previous buffs"

And what do I see on surrenderat20.net for patch 6.13

Transcendent Blade (R) cooldown up to 110/85/60 from 70/60/50

Why would you nerf that? It's part of Irelia's core. You buff x and y to nerf z but z is part of what makes Irelia Irelia. Just revert the x and/or y buffs

Im not surprised by this at all. Riot has nerfed a lot of ulti CDs this season that have been used for wave clear or just simply up way too often.

I think they just want her to stop clearing waves. The cool down was extremely low with CDR. On the upside at least irelia has access to more CDR with the TF changes. I think it'll be manageable with the trinity and maybe a frozen heart or another cdr defensive item.
