How to Tweak Yasuo and end Tank build while keeping crit one viable

The problem (well one of the problems) with tank yasuo is that thanks to his ult passive he has 50% free armor pen, and therefore shred tanks, even without building armor pen. What I suggest is have that armor pen scale with critical strike.

2% crit chance = 1% armor pen on ult

Thus, unless he builds crit, yasuo won't be able to shred tanks as easily. Moreover it doesn't affect his normal crit build since he builds 100% crit anyways
