Allow Braum's passive to apply to only one target (Kinda like the limitation of Vayne's W passive). It's annoying how in teamfights he AAs everyone and then the ADC with Runaan's stuns the whole team. I don't know if it's a bug but it sucks.

That's not a bug.

Braum's passive is awful early game but is (in my opinion) the best scaling passive in the entire game both mechanically and organically (Late game you can target more champions, for longer duration stun and more damage). He is not overpowered, he has almost identical stats as Leona across the board with Leona being slightly better than him.

His lategame isn't awful tbh. That stun changes fights in bot lane. Also helps to prevent ganks. I just thing it gives too much power to whoever he's supporting. I have 100k mastery on Braum and I love his kit so much but it's a bit too much with the passive.

I understand that and I agree, but my point was not Braum in general but his passive specifically.

I disagree. Braum loses a lot in exchange for his defensive capabilities; he can protect his carry better than anyone not named Alistar.... but you know better than I do that Braum is not very good at securing kills the way Leona or Thresh are.

I would be VERY against any Braum nerfs and I don't even play Braum... I'm way more of a Leona/Taric player.

Oh. Thanks for clearing that up.

True. Braum can't really secure kills. This nerf isn't really groundbreaking. It still gives him his stun but not to multiple champs. Seems fair tbh.

Hmm note to self try item 3748 on Braum and see if it builds stacks on everyone...

You obviously didn't understand what I was talking about

No I got it, you're saying he is hitting everyone with either AA's or his q and giving the first stack of his passive then letting a champion that has a multi hitting thing like item 3085 to get the other 3 hits to proc the stun.

I was just saying that bringing that up made me wonder if item 3748 would put the first stack on everything or if it would still only work on the original target

Oh. Thought you were being sarcastic. Explain the Titanic Hydra part more. I still don't get it.

item 3748's passive is that it adds a cleave to your auto attacks, so any melee in effect gets a cone added to their auto's. I was wondering if anything hit by the cleave would get a stack in which case you would be able to build stacks even faster on an entire enemy team.

For example if the cleave does add the first stack and you're fighting 3 enemy champions your first attack would hit champ A then the passive cleave from it could hit B and C and that would give a stack to all 3. Then when your ADC attacks they would be building stacks on 3 champions instead of just 1 from just that one Braum auto.

To be honest I really doubt the cleave from it would actually give a stack to anything other than the thing you initially attacked (Champ A in my example) but I have not tried it yet so I'm not sure and I thought I should test it at some point.

Braum's passive is an on-hit effect, the cleave on secondary targets for the passive and active do not count as an auto attack, but merely additional damage from an effect.

Hydra's active, however, does count as an auto attack on its primary target and resets his auto timer so braum could auto, switch targets, then use the active to reset his auto and immediately apply his passive to a second target (or get a second stack on his initial target)

Most effects like this count as 'on-hit's meaning that they only apply to a legit auto attack. There are a few exceptions, like black cleaver's stacks which apply to all physical damage no matter if it's from an ability or an auto, but they are unusual exceptions. Contrariwise there are exceptional abilities that count as auto attacks, although most of them feel like auto attack resets with extra effects (jax E, poppy's old Q) with Yasuo's Q and Ezreal's Q being two notable exceptions.
