Jinx has gotten nothing but nerfs since her release

Soraka doesn't have a passive that multiplies her bonus attack speed.

your getting extra range and splash damage and she keeps getting nerfs is because she trades absolutely nothing for her power.

You're getting a lot of hate and I don't exactly agree with you 100% but I would love to see jinx return to being a top tier adc. Even a meta adc. If you watch the lpl she's played over there occasionally as jugger-jinx but it's well established she needs a team dedicated only to protecting her so it's rare. M3 might only of the only teams using her so I agree, let's see Jinx again like it was 2015.

That's because Jinx has been OP since release. She has NEVER been lower than a 6 on the 1-10 power scale and she is usually a 7 or higher. Her only "weakness" is mobility which is pretty much completely negated by Flame Chompers and her passive.
