How to Improve the Client performance (Mostly Champion Select)

When in game, there are many options to increase your fps which would mean increasing your performance, however there aren't that many in champion select. Sure there is low spec mode, however for many laptops/computers such as mine, it does not work effectively. During champion select if i am last pick, i will barely make it to creating my rune page, or not even be able to save it at all. Every click will take 5 seconds, and same goes with there clicks. I believe the solution to all this is to be able to disable animations. For example in game you can disable HUD animations, and in champion select maybe you have not noticed but there is obviously many animations that could be stopped and help increase the performance overall, which low spec mode just doesn't do.
