But just revert the penetration changes that were made when you made flat pen apply after percent penetration.
That way the game is back to % pen for tanks flat pen for squishy champs. It would tone down damage pretty nicely.

GigglesO1 votesSo right now you apply any flat penetration that you have. (last wisperor or black cleaver) Then it applies lethality (flat penetration).
Example 200 armor you have 25% penetration and 35 flat.
Current you do 200-50(the 25% pen) = 150 150-35 = 115
Old system 200-35(flat pen) = 165 165-41.25=123 armor
Just hurts ad abusers that stack both.
