luckmallory1 votesThey did this so they could take damage away from the rest of his kit. That way he is completely ult reliant and he can't 100-0 a carry with just his fucking Q like he could in season 4
Lord Dusteon1 votesThe amp was removed from DFG as it was a point and click that meant he didn't even need his ultimate to assassinate. It was then introduced on his ultimate so he still had the damage to assassinate, but required landing a slow moving skillshot to get it.
