Braum mains: Will you switch to the new Keystone?

I'd imagine that shield would be mighty taste after a point-blank Braum ult into the enemy team...! Might even be worth ditching Bond of Stone...?

Whenever you hard CC an enemy (i.e the knockup on his Ult) you gain a Shield worth like 7-8% of your max health which is multiplied by the number of enemy Champs present to something like 30-35% at a max.

so it based on the condition of hard cc

which can be missed ... with his ult

i think it would be better served with champs who dive more like Maokai Malphite Nautilus

it might proc on his passive tho, which would actually make for a really interesting minigame

Well, I'm kinda counting on me being good enough to hit with it. If you get 4-5 enemy Champs with it during a clumped-up teamfight, you'd gain quite a massive shield...! [slayer-jinx-wink]

well of course but bond of stone is damage reduction for your adc in lane and team in team fights and he is a tank so its applied through out the game

There is that new fancy item coming that pretty much duplicates Bond of Stone anyway so...

yea but now we are throwing it all kinds of what ifs

I take Grasp on Braum. It works because he's guaranteed to be in combat for that long, and he usually builds health so it works great.

I would assume it depends on whether his passive counts (and if he has to be the one to trigger the stun).

Not a MAIN perse, but imagine it would kind of depend on team comp. If I have a squishy immobile adc and they have a lot of fast skirmishy types, I might opt for BoS over something that provides myself protection based on how many I get lucky enough to hit with my ult.

I really feel like for the New Keystone you're going to want to be able to use it often and pretty much on demand. Characters that only have situational hard CC/CC that needs to be set up, or one ability with hard CC on a really long cool down, will will probably have better options. Bonds of Stone just seems like the better option on Braum.
