should i refund or ? they both cost 6300 be and i think i should refund one of them and keep the other (so far i still have 2 refunds)

They are both great champions, i would not refund any of them.

If I had to refund one of them, I'd probably go for Rakan. Tahm is very fun to play, and does a surprising amount of damage to unsuspecting enemies. (especially toplane, see BrickyOrchid8's So you want to main Tahm Kench video)>
