i was thinking, how do you counter a ranged champion that constantly harrases you and stops you from proxying? or maybe even junglers who come when you proxy, or even a super fed enemy mid lane coming to stop you from double proxying/normal proxy.. etc.. i just really need to know whats the best decision in mind for these situations

I didn't even know this strat was still effective. I can't even play a single game with Singed right now with how broken everything is.
It’s not going to be made comfy if you're fighting a ranged toplaner (or Darius), so either call for a lane swap, or have your jungles gank for you. If you are ever going to the minion wave and the ranged tries to attack you, scare them away with your E and W cuz while you can take damage, they can’t afford that luxury early, so make advances while you can. Also, when farming, try to get the minions to walk into your gas.
