Does no one else think Tank ap assassins are unhealty for the game?

First tank ekko, then tank akali, and now apparently, tank fizz is a thing. I understand assassins being able to burst people, that's their job. But bursting champs while taking damage from 3 of their teammates, AND getting out of it alive, is ridiculous.

And i specify ap assassins in the title, becuase as far as I know, ad assassins can't reliably go tank like ap assassins do.
