idea. instead of swapping champions in champion select, can create a system that allows the swapping of either role, or position in pick?

adding both of these features does a few things: a. allows players that do not have a lot of champions to kindly ask to swap position in pick order, allowing players with highly contested picks to pick sooner, and allowing champions who are super easily counter picked to pick later, more frequently.

b. can allow a system where only "jungle" and "support" roles can purchase the items specific to their roles. which would allow riot to increase the power of these items, knowing double jungling and gold-income items in other lanes cannot exist. thoughts?
