S8 solo queue setup

i think we should queue, without picking roles. when thrown into the champion select; you lock in your champion, and a role. locking in a role prevents the next players from locking in that role. no more autofill. no more crying over "but i cant play X role". we bring the game back to "Respect the pick order", only its forced.

i also think riot should require not only a champion to be unlocked, but also atleast 20 normal/aram games played on it, before it is counted as 1 of the unlocked champions available for ranked. this removed "first time X" shenanigans.

i think doing this will make diamond actually something to be proud of again. you didnt just play 1 champion and understand its mechanics. you played every role, and understand them all.

itll be harder to climb, but youll truely belong where you land after enough games. so many "diamond 1 tricks", that cant play the game in their mmr, when the champion is banned or picked from the enemy team. you would not believe how many diamond/plat 1tricks ive seen, with good mechanics, but then they get rekt everytime they get filled/off-role/banned out. sorry guy, you dont belong in a diamond mmr game because you understand rivens mechanics fluently.
