man this item is busted on champs who abuse it brand and singed malazahr to an extent its rough to play against cause man 600 damage from one item is brutal nothing I can do about it outside of stopwatch its just to strong in my opinion one item cant just make u a nightmare to play agains
For Liandry's Torment to do 600 damage on it's own would require you to have about 14,000 max health and no magic resistance. You can build magic resist or use shields to easily block the slow burn damage it has. It's an item meant to damage tanks / people with a bunch of health, it's far from overpowered.
It's definitely op, but so many champions currently rely on it to be viable, nerfing it would do more harm than good.
Its a good item but pretty much requires you build liandrys with it to get that double burn damage. Combined with a mana item that means that most champs who build it only hit this powerspike later in the game. I'm mainly referring to casseiopeia here, from experience. It takes a while to get to that point. Its not such a crazy one item powerspike by itself.
