so I decide hey lemme play some top lane nasus first 2 games went well I won but then viktor I went up against a viktor I actually did well solo killed him twice but he was able to zone me off from cs so I only had 100 ish stacks at 10 mins still I was able to do alright then 20 mins in we meet top q shield im like okay ill wait till shield is gone oh another one another one another one what is the cooldown like 1 second idc at this point viktor must not be allowed in the top lane or give meele champs who don't have insane gap closers and chance please im beggin at this point what is that movement sped plus a 500 string shield Christ who thought this was balanced please get this out

This recent patch they nerfed Viktor's top lane build.

If you're still losing to it, thats pretty much on you. . . it does a LOT less damage now and doesn't scale well.

The nerfs they have for him on the PBE are countered by Shield Bash... He is just as toxic with his Nerfs. He needs the movement speed removed from his Q

He's still good in top lane, but certainly not an instant win anymore and scales much less effectively. You max W second into Viktor as Nasus as well, not E. His power in tank is very closely tied to the movespeed differential.
